Vasona Construction was created over 20 years ago out of a need to provide our family’s real estate investment portfolio with top-quality, construction services at the most affordable price. Since its conception, Vasona Construction has repaired, remodeled, and renovated thousands of apartments, commercial spaces, hotel units, and single-family homes in the Greater Bay Area. We have built a team of reliable and responsive sub-contractors whose years of experience lead us to the best and most competitively priced renovations in the business. While Vasona Construction might have outgrown its family roots, we make it our mission to treat our "clients" properties with the same attention to detail as we do our own.
Construction Services
From simple repairs and upgrades, to complete rehab projects including seismic retrofitting, drywall, mechanical, electrical, and framing replacement, we can tackle any construction project. We have a large, diverse, and talented crew ready to start most projects within one to two days of approval. Our team is highly organized and trained and works to complete every project as quickly as possible.
Emergency Repairs
Vasona Construction is available to respond to planned or short-notice emergency repairs. We can help save your company thousands of dollars by providing skilled labor at an hourly rate and supplementing internal crews to jumpstart your repairs.
Commercial Flooring Replacement & Installation
Centralmont Flooring, our flooring division, features complete flooring services with thorough project management and expert installations for multi-family apartments, senior living communities, single-family homes, retail and commercial businesses.
We stock a large inventory of flooring and building materials ready for installation at our 12,000 sq. foot Fremont Warehouse. On larger projects, we stage materials in an access-controlled storage area inside our warehouse.
